103 BED HOTEL BRIDGWATER

This project involves the design and construction of a new 4* Hotel in Bridgwater for the Mercure Hotel chain. The 4* Hotel forms the first part of a wider regeneration plan for the area and works will include demolition of three existing buildings to make way for this new mixed
use development. The hotel will comprise of 103 guest bedrooms over 4-storeys together with bar, restaurant, gym and two ground floor retail units. The facility will also house a Marco Pierre White Restaurant.

The new building structure will utilise a Metframe pre- panelised system with reinforced concrete composite floors to ground level and reinforced concrete 103 BED HOTEL BRIDGWATER composite metal deck suspended floors to upper levels. The building will also consist of galvanised steel roof, pre-fabricated steel stairs and coloured render facade.
