ANGLE PRIMARY SCHOOL

The project involves the design and construction of a new Primary School for 120 pupils aged 4 to 11 together with an Early Years unit with 17 places.

The development will provide a new all through English medium primary school on one site to accommodate pupils from the Angle Peninsula. The new school building will enable the amalgamation of the current three primary schools in the area.

The site is located adjacent to an existing Primary School on a greenfield site.

The new school building will include; seven classrooms, quiet room, library, multi-purpose hall, kitchen, cloakrooms, offices and staffroom. Externally the project involves a new MUGA, grassed sports pitch, hard and soft play area and car park.

The new development forms part of the Welsh Government 21st Century School’s Programme and will be built to achieve BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating.
