DYFATTY PARK INDUSTRIAL UNITS

WRW were appointed to undertake phase 2 of the Dyfatty Park development by Carmarthenshire County Council.

The project involved the construction of 15 no. Industrial Starter Units encompassing 15,000ft2 including all associated infrastructure and external works.

The steel portal framed units were built in two rows of six and one block of three with a combination of brick / block walls at low level and composite steel sheeting to the main elevations and roof. The units surround a central courtyard car park with each unit having a personnel door and a production area door.

Carmarthenshire County Council and the Welsh Assembly Government were behind the 120,000 sq ft business park and the hi-tech development has transformed more than 21 acres of waste ground on the south eastern edge of the town.
