GRANGE COURT REDEVELOPMENT

Restoration with new build elements to form a community, enterprise and heritage hub grange
court, a grade II listed oak framed building in Leominster, Herefordshire. The scheme has seen the historic former market house turned into a community, heritage and enterprise hub.

Prior to the part demolition of the grade II Listed structure, a pre-demolition audit was carried out as part of the SWMP to identify what could be salvaged. We identified and recovered sufficient existing bricks to reuse resulting in significant commercial savings as well as a reduction in construction waste.
