Staff at WRW have taken part in Xmas Jumper Day this year in support of local foodbanks.
Getting into the Christmas spirit staff wore their favourite festive knits on Friday and each donated £5 worth of food which will be given to local foodbanks this week.
Foodbanks work to tackle food poverty and hunger in local communities by providing emergency food to people in crisis. Every day people in the UK go hungry for reasons ranging from redundancy to receiving an unexpected bill on a low income. A simple box of food makes a big difference, with foodbanks helping prevent crime, housing loss, family breakdown and mental health problems.
Everyone was very keen to support this worthy cause and do their bit for local communities during the festive period.
