The £3.9m scheme will see the relocation of two existing local GP Surgeries, Health Clinic and Community Dental Services, into new state-of-the-art premises. A new retail Pharmacy located off the main atrium will also provide dispensing and minor illness advice on site.

Being undertaken for GPI, one of the UK's largest and most successful investors in Primary Care, the new development will become a focal point for health care advice, treatment, information and community support with a focus on providing a modern, clean and flexible environment. The new building will include support spaces for Aneurin Bevan University Health Board.

Sustainability considerations have been integral to the design development process and the project will be delivered to achieve BREEAM ‘Very Good’ rating. In collaboration with Stride Treglown, RVW Consulting and Elementa Consulting the project is due for completion at the end of the year.
