LAKESHORE PHASE 2 DEVELOPMENT

This phased project at the Lakeshore Development in Bristol involves the design and construction of 136 apartments together with a further 16 apartments within an existing structure. The development is part of a wider regeneration of the area and comprises: East Wing Refurbishment – Conversion of the existing two storey East Wing building into 16 apartments. New Build Apartments – Design and construction of 136 apartments in a mixture of one and two bedrooms over four storeys.

The proposed new building is to be constructed off a multi-storey car park which is currently used for the existing residential building. Access to the car park will need to be maintained throughout the construction process. The site is located adjacent to the existing Imperial Retail Park which consists of 20 stores and will remain operational throughout the duration of the project.
