MAIN ROAD PEMBROKE

The project involves the design and construction of six first floor flats and a ground floor retail shell unit for Co-op together with ancillary and communal areas, site preparation works, external works and drainage including any required off-site drainage and highways works.
This is a redevelopment of the site of a former fuel filling station on Main Street in Pembroke. The site lies in a mixed residential and commercial area with two neighbouring residential properties with site access being via a one-way busy main road system.

Some of the flats are being developed in conjunction with Cadwyn Housing Association to meet local housing needs and some will be available for market sale. The flats will be built to Lifetime Homes and Welsh Housing Quality Standards and will achieve Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3+.
