To round off a great few weeks, we were at the Senedd in Cardiff Bay for the Generation for Change Wales (G4C) awards, designed to celebrate the achievements of our future leaders and the organisations supporting and shaping the future of our industry.

These awards provided an exclusive opportunity for G4C Wales to celebrate outstanding examples of excellence and best practice within our sector.

It proved to be a great occasion with WRW winning Commitment to Employee & Training Development, Sam Phillips winning Trainee of the Year, Rheon James winning New Professional of the Year and Kelly Edwards nominated as a Future Leader.

“We are very proud of what we do each day and it is humbling and inspiring to see the efforts and results of the business be recognised by our peers as industry leading. To gain such consistent recognition is a testament to the collective quality we have, general approach and dedication to the business objectives.  Congratulations and thank you to all our staff for their hard work and commitment throughout the year.”
