TRAVELODGE HOTEL CHIPPENHAM

The project involves the design and construction of a 69-Bed Travelodge Hotel as part of the Langley Park redevelopment.

The hotel will be built over four stories and will incorporate pad and strip foundations with beam and block flooring. A steel frame to the first floor concrete composite deck and steel frame continuing to form the 2 no. lift shafts and stairwells. The second to fourth floor will be constructed in timber frame with the external envelope being cladding, render and brickwork.

The site is bounded by residential properties and the Chippenham Railway Station. The scheme forms part of a wider development which will see the delivery of 400 new homes, Aldi Supermarket, cafe, public open space and highway improvements.
