WRW were responsible for the construction of seven affordable housing units along with associated drainage, landscaping, footpaths, drives and highways works. All seven houses were designed and constructed to achieve a Code 3 rating under the Code for Sustainable Homes (CSH).

The scheme involved the delivery of three different house types which included; four two-storey three bedroom houses, two two-bedroom semi-detached bungalows and one three-bedroom bungalow specially designed and constructed to accommodate disabled occupants.

The scheme was completed ahead of schedule and within budget. We were also awarded with a considerate constructors certificate which recognised that our performance was ‘beyond compliance’ on this particular scheme.
