The Delphi Apartments at South Parade in Tenby provides an opportunity to replace the existing uninspiring building and dramatically improve pedestrian access with a new covered walkway alongside a high quality ground floor retail scheme.

Located in a restricted area of Tenby town centre the project involved the demolition of existing structures and the construction of 14 apartments over three-storey’s utilising concrete frame structure at ground floor level and timber frame structure to upper floors. The upper floors were developed in conjunction with Pembrokeshire Housing Association to meet

local housing needs and involved the design and construction of 12 affordable apartments with a further two apartments for market sale, together with retail space and associated external works. The flats are built to Lifetime Homes Requirements which means that the flats will meet the needs of a wide range of households.

The apartments comprise of a mixture of one and two- bedrooms with the ground floor providing retail units.

Once constructed these properties will be leased back to South Terrace Developments Ltd.
