This phased project at the Lakeshore Development in Bristol involved the design and construction of 136 apartments together with a further 16 apartments within an existing Grade II Listed structure. This unique development of eco homes sitting over its own lake is part of a wider regeneration of the area and offers studio, one and two-bedroom apartments.

New Copper Building-Design and construction of 136 apartments in a mixture of one and two bedrooms. The new 170 metre long Copper Building is four stories of accommodation on top of three layers of parking. It joins the transformed Grade II Listed Cor-Ten building already on site.
The new apartments boast extra high ceilings, full-height glazed doors, underfloor heating, and generous balconies with a fantastic view over the lake.
The new apartment building was constructed on top of a multi-storey car park which was in use by existing residents. Access to the car park for residents was maintained throughout the construction process.
