Overview

DCWWare undertaking a substantial upgrade to its existing facilities at Llys y Fran Park in order to develop an exciting tourism offering in Pembrokeshire. The project includes four main elements:

Visitor Centre Extension and Refurbishment- The Visitor Centre will be extended and refurbished with a new reception area, retail area, glazed winter garden and a multi-functional area used for educational outreach, exhibitions, meetings and functions. The existing Café area will also be extended and fully refurbished.

New Build Outdoor Activity Centre and Waterside Facilities- A new Outdoor Activity Centre will provide a wet suit drying room, bike repair workshop, meeting rooms, staff office, food stop, bike wash downs and cycle hire. A waterside facility will provide a safety hub at the water’s edge with a “wet” meeting area and toilet facilities.

Pump Skills Park- A mountain bike pump skills park will be constructed in a manner sympathetic to the natural environment.

External landscaping, roads and infrastructure- The existing entrance to the site will be developed together with landscaping, new planting, paving and decking to enhance the visitor experience.
